Make a donation: Only 20% of the Good Sam Cobb operating budget is expected to be covered by patient fees. The balance is provided by the generous contributions of individuals, businesses, community groups, churches, and foundations. We are currently in the process of our fourth annual campaign, with a fund-raising goal of $900,000 in 2009.
The Health Center, a 501(c)3 charitable entity, receives monetary, stock and gifts-in-kind donations. A receipt will be provided to all our donors for tax preparation purposes.

Gifts-in-Kind: Please call the center at 770-419-3120 before sending gifts-in-kind to our address as there are some items that we are unable to use. We would like an opportunity to advise you of other recipients who might benefit from your generosity.
