How can YOU help patients who need the gift of health, but can't afford it?
There are so many ways.
Gifts of Time and Talent: We absolutely depend on our volunteers for all kinds of work, including Medical and Dental professionals who, along with full-time medical staff, make it possible for more people to attain the precious gift of health. YOUR HELP is needed. To learn more about how you can volunteer, click here.
Gifts of Cash, Checks, or Credit Card Payment:
Stock Gifts: To make arrangements, please contact Madeline Olson, Stewardship and Reporting Coordinator at email@example.com.
Gifts-in-Kind: these are tangible items, not cash or checks.
The Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb so appreciates your support. Your in-kind gifts represent a cost savings to GSC that allows individual donations to work harder "to spread the love of Christ by providing quality healthcare to those in need."
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept opened/unsealed/used/expired prescription medications, large medical equipment*, large dental equipment*, durable medical equipment (walkers, shower stools, wheelchairs, commode chairs, oxygen equipment, etc), incontinence supplies, catheters, IVs, IV equipment, orthotic shoes, and latex gloves.
We are able to accept unopened/unexpired prescription medications, unexpired medication samples, paper products, office supplies, unopened gauze, unopened band-aids, some office furniture, exam masks, unexpired influenza vaccines, gently used sphygmomanometers and blood pressure cuffs, new tourniquets, and non-latex exam gloves.
Please contact Madeline Olson by email at Madeline.Olson@goodsamhc.org
- To arrange for delivery of your in-kind gift during normal GSC business hours
- If you have a question about in-kind gifts
*Large medical and dental equipment MAY be accepted, depending on GSC's needs. Please contact Madeline Olson to learn about GSC's current needs.
We would like an opportunity to advise you of other recipients who might benefit from your generosity.
Matching Gifts: Does your company match gifts you give to charity? Many companies do. Your chief staff person or HR department may have a form for gift matching and/or may need a form from us certifying that gifts to Good Sam are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. If you would like Good Sam Cobb to be considered as a matching gift recipient at your company, please let us know by contacting Madeline Olson, Stewardship and Reporting Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org .
